Can I return my rewards?

Unfortunately, rewards (free gifts) are considered final once redeemed.

• No Exchanges: Rewards cannot be returned or exchanged for a different gift.
• No Point Restorations: Once a reward is claimed, the points used cannot be refunded or credited back to your account.
