What is your return, refund and exchange policy?

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you were sent the wrong item by mistake.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

If the reason for an exchange is valid and the product is unused, we will request you to send us the item in the same condition as you received this. Once your returned item is received and inspected, and the reason for an exchange is valid, the item may be exchanged for another item of equal, higher, or lower value. If higher in value, the excess should be paid. If lower in value, the deficit will be issued as store credits. Kindly note that delivery fees for returns and exchanges will be incurred in full by the buyer.

REFUNDS
For orders that have been shipped out

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund. Kindly note that delivery fees for refunds will be incurred in full by the buyer. This will either be billed directly to a customer or deducted from a refund.

If the reason for a refund is valid, we will request you to send us the item in the same condition as you received this. Once your returned item is received and inspected, and the reason for a refund is valid, please expect your refund issued as store credits. Should any other mode of payment be requested (i.e. GCash, cash, credit card reversal), payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refund.

For cancelled orders
For cancellations on paid orders, please expect your refund issued as store credits. Should any other mode of payment be requested (i.e. GCash, cash, credit card reversal), payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refund.
