What is your Return and Exchange Policy?

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a "change of mind" once an order has been shipped.

To be eligible, your request must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeline: Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Reason: Exchanges are granted for damaged goods, manufacturing defects, or if the wrong item was shipped.

Exchange Value & Costs

  • Equal/Lower Value: If the new item is cheaper, the difference is issued as Store Credits.
  • Higher Value: If the new item is more expensive, the customer must pay the price difference.
  • Shipping Fees: All delivery fees for returns and exchanges are paid by the buyer.

  1. Your Order Number.
  2. A Photo and Video of the item showing the defect or damage.
