We only offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a "change of mind" once an order has been shipped.
To be eligible, your request must meet the following criteria:
- Timeline: Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Reason: Exchanges are granted for damaged goods, manufacturing defects, or if the wrong item was shipped.
Exchange Value & Costs
- Equal/Lower Value: If the new item is cheaper, the difference is issued as Store Credits.
- Higher Value: If the new item is more expensive, the customer must pay the price difference.
- Shipping Fees: All delivery fees for returns and exchanges are paid by the buyer.
