🚫 No "Change of Mind" Returns
Please note that we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to a "change of mind." Once an order has been shipped, it can only be returned if it is defective, damaged, or the incorrect item was sent.
Refund Eligibility for Shipped Orders
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request a refund under these conditions:
- Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Timeline: Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Shipping Costs: All delivery fees for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. This will be billed directly or deducted from your final refund.
Refund Methods
- Default Option: Refunds are issued as Store Credits.
- Alternative Methods: If you request a refund via GCash, Cash, or Credit Card reversal, payment gateway fees will be deducted from the total amount.
Cancelled Orders (Before Shipping)
For cancellations on paid orders that have not yet been shipped, refunds are issued as Store Credits. If a cash-out is requested, gateway fees will apply.
